Where can I take classes?

The University of Miami Cybersecurity Professional Bootcamp classes are offered via live classroom sessions, in which students can participate and engage with their classmates and instructors remotely.

When do classes start?

Courses begin on a rolling basis.

Do I need an undergraduate degree or any other prerequisite to be eligible to apply?

You do not need any experience in the field, and there are no prerequisites required to enroll in any of the digital skills bootcamps.

How many credit hours is each program? Can I apply credits from these programs to a degree I am currently pursuing?

All digital skills bootcamps are 400 in-class hours, including the Introductory Course. Credits from these programs cannot be applied to other degree programs.

How much is tuition?

Tuition is $15,500 for the Cybersecurity Professional Bootcamp, not including the $500 for the introductory course.

Do I need to be a student to apply to a digital skills bootcamp?

No. Our programs are open to people of any professional or educational background, regardless of enrollment status.

Are these programs suitable for me if I am employed full time?

Our digital skills bootcamps are built for working professionals with evening and weekend course schedules available.

Do I need to buy any supplies, such as books or software?

Yes. You will need to have a computer with the minimum requirements, as well as reliable internet access. Some programs may require additional supplies.
